Net 10 Cellular has always charged ten Cents a minute, PAYG (pay as you go) for service. Activating any new or refurbished phone used to get you 300 minutes and 60 days service but this is no longer the case. Pricing on phones and minutes has changed, the minutes are continuing to get less expensive. You can continue purchasing PAYG minutes and service time just like you have been in the past however you can also purchase Monthly service.

10 Cent Minutes
$15 a month–Buy a $30 sixty day PAYG card and get 300 units.
6.66 Cents a minute
$20 a month–Purchase a $60 90 day PAYG card and get 900 minutes–only available at Net10 Wireless.com
3 Cents a Minute
$25 a month–Purchase a $25 Monthly card and get 750 minutes –Only available at Net10.com
Unlimited Minutes
$50 a month–Purchase $50 Monthly card for unlimited minutes, text/picture messaging, web, email, 411 calls. Only available at Net10.com
New Net10 Prepaid Phone Pricing
Only a handful of of the phones now are available with 300 free minutes. They Some of the phones are now for sale with the 750 minute or the Unlimited Monthly plan included. All of the Net 10 phones do not come with 300 free minutes. Be sure to have a look at the fine print when purchasing a Net 10 phone to be certain you are getting the addional free minutes. Almost all of the under $25 phones do not come with 300 free minutes.
Roll Over with Net 10
Carry over is now different for various Net10 plans. The $25 and $50 Monthly cards do not roll over time or minutes.
So if you purchase a Net10 “Monthly” Card you will get 30 days to use your 750 or Unlimited minutes. If you purchase a Pay as you Go minute card like the $30/60 day card then your service time and minutes will roll over if you keep your service active.
The PAYG (pay as you go) cards do roll over minutes and service time.
Plan Changes with Net 10
If you want to change from Pay as you go to Monthly service there is no extra charge. You can switch back to Pay as you go simply by adding another PAYG card. Keep in mind the Monthly cards do not roll over. When you add a card with monthly service your previous card will become invalid.
Net10 Wireless Monthly Card Warning
If you are utilizing the Monthly service and you add in a new card your earlier balance will not roll forward. For instance if you purchased a 750 minute/30 day card and you have 100 minutes and 12 days left and you add another 750 minute card you will just end up with 750 minutes and 30 days, you will not end up with 850 minutes and 42 days.
You will spend at least $15 per thirty day period to always keep your Net 10 phone active.
