Customer support can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by e-mail, a toll free number and from your Verizon prepaid cell phone without incurring airtime charges. Verizon Prepaid customer support is also available at any of the Verizon Wireless locations. I have used the Verizon Customer service and always dealt with a knowlegable person. I have used Tracfone and Net10 and Straight Talk customer serviceand it is totally different. Verizon CS educates the Representative to help you, Tracfone, Net10, Straight Talk use Customer service to read the directions from their computer.
I have gone to a Verizon Wireless retail store for support and also called 611 from my Prepaid phone. The Customer Support men and women were very good. The phone support was located in the US not South Korea.

The Core Plan charges 99 cents per day access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free of charge. I used theVerizon Core program for almost a year, if most of your calls tend to be to other Verizon Wireless phones this can be a good plan.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

How Adding Verizon Prepaid Service Time Operates
If you have 20 days remaining on your service and you add $15 you will only have 30 days of service after the addition. If you have 40 days of service left and you add a$15 payment you will still only have 40 days of service left. Verizon does not add your service balance to what you purchase, you receive the larger of either your remaining service time or the additional service time.
Tracfone Wireless Yearly Phone Plan
Tracfone has two yearly plans. They market a $100 yearly unit card that you receive Four hundred minutes (800 using DMFL). This card usually has bonus codes available that will usually allow you to receive an extra 200 to 400 additional units. Check for the most recent Tracfone Bonus Codes. If you only receive Eight hundred Tracfone units with this card you will pay 12.5 cent units and only $9 per month for phone service.
Additionally you can buy Tracfone.com is a $200 per year plan. This minute card gives you 1500 minutes 3,000 minutes with the Minute Doubler installed and a 12 months of activation time. With Double minutes for life installed these minutes are 6.6 cents each plus your monthly expense is under $17 monthly.
